Dyce host Kinloss Eagles tomorrow in the reverse fixture of the season opener back in August.
Dyce are seeking to use last week's performance as a benchmark to come away with a closer scoreline than when the two teams played last in the summer sunshine. The Eagle's won out 67-0 which has set them off on a decent season, pushing for promotion along with NE Police and Aberdeenshire rugby clubs. 9 points behind the league leaders but with two games in hand, the Sappers will be seeking to again put a big score up against Dyce to ensure a bonus point win and improve their points difference further.
Dyce come into this re-arranged match with a significantly different squad compared to last weekend's outing against Inverness Craig Dunain; a threadbare squad will see first starts for several promising new players. An upbeat atmosphere has returned to the squad following a significant step up in performance which the team will be looking to exploit when the match kicks off on Saturday lunchtime.
The teams will take to the Central Park turf earlier than usual at 12:15pm to ensure the match concludes before the start of the Six Nations at 14:15pm. With the weather cool but dry, why not get your fix of club rugby before the international matches begin in the afternoon?
The players will be watching the Wales Vs Scotland and France Vs Ireland games in the New Greentrees after the club's fixture. Everyone is free to join them for an afternoon of drinking.
