The 7's & Social side is the home of summer rugby at Dyce RFC. While our 1st XV focusses on the league grind, this squad is all about the fast-paced intensity of a 7s tournament, the grit of a 10s festival, or a traditional club tour. This team is built for players who love the game and the social side that comes with it.
We welcome everyone- from 1st XV regulars looking to stay sharp in the off-season to social players and returning veterans. If you've got a bit of gas in the tank or just fancy a summer run-out join us!
